I very rarely take the time to contact business to provide feedback on their service. However, I believe that this is one of those rare occasions where I believe feedback is truly deserved. Brian came out to our house to repair our washing machine this week. I was very impressed by his superior level of professionalism and his overall politeness with my family. He took a great deal of time to educate me on my machine and common occurrences that can cause mechanical problems. Brian has great customer service skills. I know a little something about customer service because I supervise a department of over 100 employees at a local hospital. Please thank him for the Gaston family.
