If you are using liquid detergent, follow the directions as indicated on the cap and pour it in the same place as you’d put powder detergent. You will then add your clothes. You should never put liquid or powder on top of clothing in a top loader.

If you are using a powder, add it to the dispensing drawer, add your clothing to the machine, and press start. If you are using liquid detergent, pour it into the dispensing drawer (or use a dosing ball if included) and put the clothing in and start the machine.
